PAYMENT:
All payments are done thru Paypal. We will process your
credit card at the time of the order if you order by
phone.
All orders must be paid in full BEFORE
we process your order. No exceptions.
REFUND Policy:
We
do not offer refunds on personalized products. If you have a
problem with an order we will work with you if possible. Please CALL
before reversing a charge to PAYPAL. (that can take up to 72
days to resolve!)
If you
approved a proof and the order was done, there will be no refund.
If we make the error, we will re do the order at no extra charge.
Should WE CHOOSE to do a
refund we will do so within 90 days.
HOLIDAY ORDERS taken
in July-October will not be refunded as there is a several step
process to getting those out on time. Proofing, printing,
and the purchase of a great deal of product, and the actual
cutting and double wrapping involved. Once the order is
taken it is put into the process and we cannot do a refund.
We WILL make every effort to satisfy the customer with their
order. IF a refund is granted we
will deduct a 1/2 purchase price which covers printing and
all of the
products already purchased for that order.
SHIPPING:
All personalized products: Please allow
15-25 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping.
Products such as lipbalm are ordered and made FRESH when you
order. Sometimes shipment from our vendor is
delayed.
ALL HOLIDAY ORDERS taken
July-October will NOT BE SHIPPED
UNTIL NOVEMBER. This is how we have done this for 9 years
and has worked out perfectly for the customer as well as us.
Shipping time is stated on the Paypal invoice at the time of
purchase so there should be no mis-understanding.
We ship FedEx unless otherwise requested.
